GENERAL PRINCIPLES:
a) This Privacy Policy is a document governing the processing of personal data by the Administrator.
b) The introduction of the Privacy Policy aims to ensure compliance with the RODO (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC) on the processing of personal data Administrator.

- principle of accuracy. The administrator must ensure that the personal data processed by him is correct and, if necessary, updated,
- principle of minimization. The administrator must ensure that he processes data only in the volume necessary to fulfill the intended purpose,
- The Administrator must ensure that the Policy is followed by all employees and assistants of the Administrator, as well as subcontractors,
- the principle of integrity and confidentiality. The administrator must ensure the security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing, as well as accidental loss, destruction or damage,
- the principle of accountability. The Administrator, through appropriate technical and organizational measures, must ensure that it is possible to demonstrate the compliance of the processing of personal data with the GDPR and other provisions relating to personal data,
- rules ща continuity. The administrator must ensure that the organization complies with the requirements for the protection of personal data. He monitors, in particular, changes in legislation, guidelines from national and international authorities on the protection of personal data and the case law of courts and tribunals, and takes into account market best practices in this regard.

EXCHANGE AND PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA:
The Administrator provides your Personal Data to another Administrator only if one of the conditions referred to in Article 6(1) or Article 9(2) of the RODO (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons against regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC). On the other hand, the assignment of the processing of your Personal Data by the Administrator takes place on the basis of an agreement on the assignment of data processing or another legal document referred to in Article 28 of the RODO.

- make a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Poland, this is the Chairman of the Office for Personal Data Protection (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
